Shipping policy
Daruma Gaming ships from our location in Singapore on business days.
If the item you order is in-stock, we usually ship within 1-2 business day, this can vary depending on order volume.
All orders will include online tracking. Please note, all delivery windows are estimates, as couriers can be impacted by delays.
Please ensure you have the correct shipping address prior to checking out. Our system is automated and we will be unable to make any changes after an order has been placed. Thank you.
For Domestic Shipments:
If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped via SingPost. Your order should arrive within 2-4 business days or sooner once your order has shipped.
If you select courier shipping, your order will be shipped via Qexpress. Your order should arrive within 1-2 business days or sooner once your order has shipped.
Note that orders made on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be shipped on Monday.
During peak periods such as new product launches, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, holidays, severe weather, or emergencies, there might be additional processing time required for your order.
For International Shipments:
If you select standard shipping, your order will be shipped via SingPost.
Depending on where you are at, your order should arrive within the following period once your order has been shipped:
- Taiwan, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Hong Kong, United Kingdom: 7-11 business days
- China: 8-14 business days
- Brunei, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Germany: 9-17 business days
- United States: 10-18 business days
- Philippines, France, Italy, Indonesia: 11-21 business days
- Other APAC regions: 11-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 18-26 days
If you select Speedpost Priority (>5kg) shipping, your order will be shipped via SingPost and would take an estimated 3 to 14 working days to reach.
